Our history of building and delivering high-quality homes has enabled us to become members in the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. To qualify for 2-10 HBW membership, we underwent an extensive screening process that analyzed our financial stability, quality control programs, and the work of our subcontractors. This program offers you peace of mind with a written and insured warranty on your new home. Triangle Builders Guild

Triangle Builders Guild brings together the best and most reputable Raleigh home builders in the RTP area of North Carolina. Each Guild member meets the rigid standards of business ethics and professional practices required by the home builders Guild. Members build homes in RTP, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Chapel Hill and the surrounding area of Raleigh, North Carolina. Builders build new homes in all price ranges and architectural styles, located in the Raleigh areas finest neighborhoods.

The Triangle Builders Guild formed in 2005 in Raleigh NC, to bring together the best custom home builders in the Triangle area of North Carolina. We are local business owners, custom home builders who are invested in the quality of life and the beauty of the Raleigh, NC area. We demonstrate our commitment by building attractive custom homes and new home neighborhoods and by giving back to our community through charitable activities and donations.

Each Guild member has crafted beautiful custom homes in the Raleigh, Cary and RTP area of North Carolina for an average of twenty-four years. Four members are second-generation custom home builders, two are third-generation, and one is a fourth-generation custom home builder. In 2005 the members of the Triangle Builders Guild built custom homes amounting to $341 million in sales. That figure is nearly double the sales volume of the largest national builder active in the Triangle.
